The Strategic Timing Briefing is a 90-minute strategic advisory designed to help you understand what you’re navigating before deciding what comes next.
During the Briefing, we identify:
- The period you’re navigating in your business, career, or leadership
- The patterns influencing how you’re currently operating
- The decisions that will have the greatest long-term impact
- Where uncertainty or external expectations may be influencing your judgment
- The timing influencing your priorities: what to focus on and what to leave behind
The Briefing can stand alone or serve as the foundation for deeper advisory work.
Strategic Timing Intensive
Go deeper into the business and leadership implications
The Strategic Timing Intensive is a five-hour immersive advisory experience for those who want dedicated time to understand what this period means for both the business and the person leading it.
If you have not previously completed a Strategic Timing Briefing, it is included as part of the Intensive. From there, we go deeper into:
- The implications of what emerged in the Briefing
- The opportunities and challenges within this period
- The strategic shifts your business may require
- What this period is asking of you as a leader
- Positioning, offers, growth opportunities, visibility, structure, or priorities as they relate to your unique situation
- The sequencing and timing of your next decisions
You leave with a deeper understanding of what needs to change, where to focus, and how to approach what comes next.
The Authority Shift

The Authority Shift is a private 90-day strategic advisory engagement for founders and leaders navigating significant business and leadership changes.
If you have not previously completed a Strategic Timing Briefing, it is included at the beginning of the engagement.
Over 90 days, you will:
- Release the leadership habits this chapter has asked you to outgrow
- Claim the authority this chapter requires, leading with greater conviction, influence, and trust in your own judgment
- Resolve the strategic decisions that will shape your business’s next stage of growth
- Reposition your business to align with the opportunities, demands, and direction of this chapter
- Build a business that reflects who you’ve become, not who you needed to be to get here
Unlike the Briefing or Intensive, The Authority Shift gives us the time to work through these changes as they unfold, with ongoing strategic advisory support throughout the 90 days.

As new opportunities and challenges emerge, many clients continue the relationship through a Strategic Advisory Partnership, Annual Strategic Planning & Legacy Advisory, or The Authority Room (Peer Advisory), depending on the level of guidance and support they need.
