What built your success is not always what leads the next phase
Strategic Timing Advisory for Founders and Leaders Navigating Growth and Transition

Most business advice starts with strategy. My work starts somewhere else.
Before we talk about what to build, launch, scale, or change, we identify what’s changing in your business, your leadership, and the relationship between the two.
For most founders and executives, strategy alone isn’t the answer.
What worked in one phase of the business often creates friction in the next.
The bigger shift is happening inside the leader.
Every chapter asks something different of the person leading the business.
Sometimes the business is changing. Sometimes the leader is changing. More often, both are evolving together.
The deeper work is understanding what this chapter requires before deciding what’s next.
You then know what to move forward with, what to leave behind, and where your time, energy, and attention will have the greatest impact.
Understanding your individual timing changes how you make decisions.
We Begin with One Question
What is this Period Asking?
For some, it’s one important decision that’s remained unresolved. For others, it’s navigating growth, restructuring, or a significant transition.
Because every founder is navigating a different chapter, there isn’t a formula, playbook, or one-size-fits-all process.
Part of this work is recognizing what’s ready to move forward. Part of it is recognizing what has already run its course.
There’s often something to let go of: a way of thinking, a role you’ve outgrown, or an identity that helped create your success but isn’t meant to lead the next phase.
Only then can you see what’s needed next
Know the Chapter Before You Choose the Strategy.
We begin with an introduction call.
We’ll explore where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
If we are, I’ll recommend the next best step based on the support your business and your leadership this chapter requires. If another path would serve you better, I’ll tell you.
Astrology Makes Timing Visible
Understanding timing is at the heart of my work.
Truth in Timing™ is the methodology behind it. It helps founders and leaders understand what’s changing, why it’s changing, and what this period is asking of their business and their leadership.
For centuries, astrology has provided a framework for understanding cycles, patterns, and human experience. It reveals the cycles you’re navigating, how they intersect with the broader environment, and the patterns influencing how you interpret and respond to change.
I use it alongside decades of business experience to help leaders recognize what is often difficult to see while they are living through it.
Astrology doesn’t replace business judgment. It enriches it.
Clarity Is a Business Asset. Timing Is a Competitive Advantage.
Meet Barbara
Strategic Timing Advisor for Founder-Led Businesses
For more than three decades, I’ve worked with founders, entrepreneurs, and executives as they’ve grown businesses, navigated change, and made some of the most important decisions of their careers.
I draw upon my 25 years experience inside Fortune 500 organizations leading sales, marketing, operations and business development. Building my own practice over the last 10 years gave me a new perspective on business, leadership and how key business decisions are made.
I started noticing something deeper. The challenges creating the most uncertainty for executives and leaders were rarely just about their business or career. They reflected the stage of personal evolution they were navigating and what this chapter was asking of them.
That’s what drew me to astrology. It offered a way to understand the correlation between timing and change.
Today, that work has evolved into Truth in Timing™, a methodology built on the belief that every chapter asks something different of the business and the person leading it. By understanding what this period requires, you can make decisions that reflect where you are now and where you’re meant to go next with more precision.
